Fr. (Dr.) W. E. “Knick” Knickerbocker, Jr.

Is a married retired Catholic Pastoral Provision Priest in the Diocese of San Angelo, Texas. He was educated at Washington and Lee University (B.A.) and Emory University (M.Div. & Ph.D.) and taught Church History/Historical Theology and Christian Spirituality at Memphis Theological Seminary for 32 yrs. He is married to Sandra “Sandie” Hargraves Knickerbocker, Univ. of Texas at El Paso (B.S.) and graduate studies at Memphis Theological Seminary. Former United Methodists, then Episcopalians, they converted to Catholicism in 1994 and 1993 respectively. Fr. Knick and Sandie have been blessed with a son Jon, daughter-in-law Janna, grandchildren Katherine and husband Michael, and Daniel; a daughter Amy, son-in-law Rob, and granddaughter Clare.
