Her human nature for us wears a crown:
The glory of our race made full alive.
As in Baptismal waters our sin drowns,
We rise with her in Him to Father’s side.
Can we so dare to want to do His will
That with her we surrender all,
And as her child have us His Spirit fill
With joy to know we follow Shepherd’s call?
His voice in hers we hear from heaven high,
“To me be done whatever You desire,”
And cares of this world lift as He draws nigh
To breathe His warmth in Holy Spirit’s fire.
Her crown for us becomes her diadem,
As with her we to heaven now ascend.
