His Cross is raised on Sinai’s Mount–
Is Golgotha now named–
Fulfills the Law against us counts,
Saves us from Devil’s flame.
Into His death He takes our sin
And leaves it in His grave–
Steps forth and we are born again
And all creation saves.
His Body with creation one,
And when He’s raised from dead,
Our Father raises with His Son
All us are with Him fed.
His risen Body comes to us
With both His Soul and Blood:
New sinews give to Adam’s dust—
We’re recreated good.
